Is the 3% booking fee on top of the monthly subscription?
Yes. The AED 499 or AED 999 subscription covers platform access. The 3% booking fee (capped at AED 100) applies per booking and covers the cost of search, ticketing, fulfillment and servicing.
What is a consolidated monthly invoice?
Instead of a separate invoice per booking, every trip booked in a calendar month is consolidated into one invoice, issued at month end. Your finance team gets one document covering all travel.
How many users can we add?
Unlimited on both plans.
Is there a fee to contact support?
No. Reach out as often as you need, directly from the Kitt dashboard or the app. Support is included in your subscription at no extra charge.
What is multi-entity invoicing?
If your business operates across multiple subsidiaries or legal entities, Pro lets you receive separate invoices per entity from a single Kitt account. Available on the Pro plan.
What if we want to cancel?
Cancel any time, no questions asked. If you're on an annual plan, you'll receive a prorated refund for the remaining months — processed within 5 business days. We'd rather earn your business every month than lock you in.
