What's included in the Founding Member plan?
Everything: unlimited employees, unlimited policies and approvers, full global inventory, custom accounting integration, and white-glove onboarding. The only cost is a booking fee—waived for your first year. After that, you pay the same low booking fee as Essentials (3% capped at AED 100 per booking). Your AED 0 monthly platform fee is locked in forever.
What happens after the first year on Founding Member plan?
Your AED 0/month platform fee stays forever. Starting year 2, a 3% booking fee (capped at AED 100 per booking) applies—the same rate Essentials pays from day one. You keep unlimited everything: employees, policies, cards, approvers, and custom integrations.
How does the booking fee work?
For Essentials: 3% of the booking value, capped at AED 100 per transaction. Example: AED 2,000 flight = AED 60 fee. AED 5,000 booking = AED 100 fee (not AED 150). For Founding Members: No booking fee in year 1. Same 3% fee (capped at AED 100) starts year 2.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. Both plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Founding Members keep their AED 0 rate as long as they stay active—if you cancel and return later, you'll join at current pricing.
What if we outgrow the Essentials plan limits?
When you hit 30 users or need more than 3 policies/cards/approvers, we'll reach out to discuss custom pricing for your needs. Essentials is designed for growing teams—most companies under 50 employees stay within these limits comfortably.
Do you charge per employee or per booking?
Platform access is flat-rate: AED 0 for Founding Members, AED 499 for Essentials. No per-employee fees. The only variable cost is the 3% booking fee (capped at AED 100), which only applies when someone actually books travel.
